You can have bad days. You can have days where you feel down or don’t feel like yourself. But don’t ever let yourself think that those days define you. You are allowed to sit in your feelings for a bit and process what is in your head. Take your time to process and then move on. Your bad days do not define you. It’s how you move on from the bad stuff that does define you. I’m thinking of you.
