Be brave. I know you have it in you. I know whatever the thing is seems hard right now and seems weird and seems scary. But you’ve got it in you to be brave and face it. Whether it’s reaching out to that person you are trying to befriend, or getting on that horse in the cold weather, or standing up to somebody. You got this. Be brave and stand up for what you want and need. Only you can stand up for you truly. So do it. Take the leap and trust yourself. Be brave and do that thing. I was brave today too. I reached out to that person I’m trying to befriend. If I can do it, you can too. Do it with me.
